Good afternoon Okemo,

Another interesting day on the mountain, like the tale of two weather systems. I was working the Sunburst-6 line for most of the day; it was cloudy and a little foggy. I kept hearing how nice it was on the top; the bluebird was just out of reach! I got to end my day with a few really nice runs, Sapphire was in great shape, the snow was soft and carveable, the sun was shining, at least until you got to the bottom of Lower Arrow and there was the fog again! Tomorrow we will likely see another day similar today, fingers crossed without the haziness.

Don’t quote me, because schedules change in a flash, but it looks like Wardance will be open, but Upper & Lower Chief will not be. With the exception of these trails we are 100% open, check back in the morning for updates. Our lifts open tomorrow at 8 AM.

Also this weekend Okemo Mountain Resort celebrates Pride. Tomorrow meet up with OutRyders, Northeast’s largest LGBTQ+ inclusive Ski and Snowboard Club for a Pride Run. Gather at the Summit Lodge at 11 AM for a colorful cruise down the mountain. End the weekend with a Silent Disco in the Bull Sunday at 3:30 PM.
