Mountain Updates
Wednesday, January 21, 2026
Welcome to Okemo!
Today we are skiing and riding on 108 trails and there are 11 lifts spinning. Lifts open at 9 AM today. Today’s weather promises to warm up, with partly sunny skies in the 20s.
Our snowmaking team was hard at work last night, blowing new snow on Upper Limelight, Lower Limelight, White Lightning, Bright Star Basin, Lower Moon Shadow, Southern Crossing, Jack-a-Lope & Blackout. That brings us to a total of 569 skiable acres! Our grooming team was also on the mountain overnight, and you can expect to find machine-groomed conditions from Southface to Jackson Gore.
The Ski & Ride School has openings; it’s time you book that lesson you’ve been promising yourself since the new year! To make a day-of-reservations call, 802-228-1600 or visit our ski & ride desk in the Clock Tower Base Lodge or in the Guest Services Lobby in the Jackson Gore Base Area. We have a team of fun and competent instructors to get you over that hump and down the hill.
Re-energize at one of our culinary options for lunch. Visit the Bull for a burger and a Vermont Craft Beer, The Coleman Brook Tavern for a Fiddlehead Bratwurst or a Turkey Pot Pie, and 43North features fresh, healthy, and robust salads. Our Quick Service Restaurants are also open. Stop by the Base Cafe, Summit Lodge, Sugar House, Round House, and the Biergarten.

We appreciate you coming to Okemo and we are working hard to provide the best conditions in the East.
