Okemo opening day is today! Thanks to our dedicated snowmakers, as well as the entire team here at Okemo, we are excited to kick off the 25/26 season with lifts spinning at 9 am!

 

We will be opening today with close to 46 acres of skiing on Upper Countdown to Upper World Cup, to Chute and Lower Chief, with a bonus of Drop off and Link.  With that, we will also have Upper Sapphire, which is looking like mid-winter, down to Route 103, Upper Arrow, Lower Arrow, Lower Mountain Road back to the Sunburst, as well as Fairway.  We will also have Double Dipper open, which will take you to the Evergreen Express for an upper mountain loop.  All of this will be serviced by four lifts: the B-Quad, Sunburst Six, Evergreen Express, and the F10 carpet. 

 

Skiers and riders should expect temperatures to be in the high 20s to mid-30s with partly cloudy skies. Winds will come from the North West at about 15-35 MPH. Machine-groomed surfaces with loose granular snow make for some fantastic turns!
