Good morning, Okemo! Our snowmaking team took to the hill, making snow on Wardance, Vortex, Quantum Leap, Spur Line, Inn Bound, Jack-A-Lope, Southern Crossing, and Bright Star Basin. Jolly Green Giant will be on hold today for racing.

We will be opening today with 145 acres of skiing and riding on Turkey Shoot to Upper Countdown to Upper World Cup, Chute and Lower Chief, Drop off, and Link.  With that, we will also have Upper Sapphire, down to Route 103, Upper Arrow, Lower Arrow, Mountain Road back to the Sunburst, as well as Fairway, Open Slope, Homeward Bound, Nor'easter, Lower Sapphire, Double Dipper, and Jolly Green Giant. Off the Solitude Express Quad, we have Express Lane, Heaven's Gate, Screamin Deamon, The Plunge and Village Run. We have also added Sweet Solitude, Roundhouse Run, Green Link, and Upper Tomahawk.

Today, temperatures are expected to be in the low to mid-teens with breezy winds, and the skies are looking to be mostly sunny! Machine-groomed surfaces with variable conditions will make for some amazing skiing and riding. Lifts spin at 9 am, so come get your turns in here at Okemo!
