Mountain Updates

Wednesday, November 30th, 2022

Countdown to the weekend begins today here at Okemo on a warm and windy Wednesday. This late November thaw isn’t getting us down though, as our snowmakers were able to lay a solid base of snow on the hill and you can guarantee that we won’t let that melt until late April. Our snowmakers took to the hill last night to help reinforce some of the existing terrain and make it better for YOU, our Guests! We didn’t see any new terrain yet, but we’re not ashamed of what we’ve got so far-come check out our 125.5 acres and 7.83 miles of skiable and rideable terrain today, serviced by 6 lifts. Our groomers are hard at work laying down that Famous Okemo Corduroy™ as we write this; Nor’Easter is looking gorgeous!  As a reminder, some of our parking operations have changed, so please pay attention to posted signage and take note of the new Drop-Off Area at the clock tower base.
Today's lifts are:
•    B Quad
•    Sunburst Six
•    Solitude Express Quad
•    F-10 carpet
-    Snowstars Carpet
-    Skywalker Carpet
Although early season terrain is best suited for intermediate skiers and riders, there's plenty for everyone to enjoy here at Okemo.

Weather Report
Another storm approaches today, bringing warm air and a wintery mix at the summit. This expected to change to rain as the day progresses. Cold weather expected to return to tonight, with a chance of snow showers Thursday morning.

Some of our awesome Food and Beverage Options today are the:
•    Base Café
•    The Bull
•    Summit Cafe
•    Coleman Brook Tavern
•    Base Lodge BierGarten
If you spot one of our mythical snowmakers on the hill, make sure to say thanks-these hard working men and women create the terrain you know and love here at Okemo!
