Snow & Weather Report

Good morning, Okemo! Our snowmaking team spent all night blowing snow on Nor'easter, Jolly Green Giant, Lower Arrow, Open Slope, Fairway, Lower Sapphire, Village Run, Buckhorn, Turkey Shoot, Ski School Slope and Galaxy Bowl. Lifts spin at 8 am today, so come enjoy a great day on the mountain.

We will be opening today with 46 acres of skiing on Upper Countdown to Upper World Cup, to Chute and Lower Chief, Drop off and Link.  With that, we will also have Upper Sapphire, down to Route 103, Upper Arrow, Lower Arrow, Lower Mountain Road back to the Sunburst, as well as Fairway.  We will also have Double Dipper open.  All of this will be serviced by 4 lifts: the A-Quad, Sunburst Six, Evergreen Express and the F10 carpet. 

 

 

 

Skiers and riders should expect temperatures in the low 20's to low 30's with partly cloudy skies. Winds will come from the North West at about 20-45 MPH. Machine-groomed surfaces with loose granular snow will make for some sweet turns.
