Today we are skiing and riding on 114 trails, and there are 13 lifts spinning. Lifts open at 9 AM today. Today’s weather will start off cold but will climb into the high teens, and the sun is shining!
Today’s conditions will be machine-groomed, packed powder. The best grooming team in the Northeast prepped everything for your enjoyment with fresh corduroy on local favorites like Upper & Lower Chief, Jolly Green Giant, The Plunge, Heaven’s Gate, and Upper & Lower Sapphire. Fresh snow was blown on Lower Arrow, Lower Tomahawk, and Fairway.
The Ski & Ride School has openings; it’s time you book that lesson you’ve been promising yourself since the start of the season! To make a day-of-reservations call, 802-228-1600 or visit our ski & ride desk in the Clock Tower Base Lodge or in the Guest Services Lobby in the Jackson Gore Base Area. We have a team of fun and competent instructors to get you over that hump and down the hill.

Today is a great day to warm up over lunch. Visit the Bull for Nachos and a Vermont Craft Beer, The Coleman Brook Tavern for a Gore Grilled Cheese or Blackened Shrimp Tacos, and 43North Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. Our quick service restaurants are also open. Stop in at the Base Cafe, Summit Lodge, Sugar House, Round House, and the Biergarten.
