Conveniently located inside the Jackson Gore Inn at the Jackson Gore base, the Tavern offers family-friendly dining with comforting meals, a thoughtfully curated wine selection, and exceptional service.

Coleman Brook Tavern is currently open daily from 5-9pm for dinner service.

Beginning Wednesday 3/18/26, the dining room will be closed for lunch on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The bar will be open at 11am on those days featuring our Lunch Menu - perfect for a relaxed midday bite.
