Good evening Okemo,

As I walked across the plaza today in the Clock Tower Base Area you could feel snow in the air! And from the smiles on all the faces I saw heading off the trails, I can only assume it was a great day out there. Everyone is already daydreaming about fresh snow blanketing Okemo tonight.

That’s right, more snow is on the way! Our local forecast is predicting between 2 and 6 inches of snow overnight, with temps climbing to the mid-30s tomorrow. Our lifts are scheduled to open at 8 AM, however with snow comes the chance of wind, check back here in the morning for any late openings. Our Lift Maintenance Teams are well experienced in the ever-changing weather here in Vermont and will be diligently working to open the lifts for you on time.

Tomorrow evening is the Third Annual Let It Glow Winter Ice Festival at Jackson Gore 5-8pm. The Courtyard will be rocking with a DJ spinning tunes. Ice sculptures galore, including an ice bar; a glow photobooth; disco glow tubing; fire performances by Cirque de Fueg o. Free admission, drinks and food available for purchase. More information.
