PHOTO RELEASE: Occasionally Okemo may have photographs taken of Snow Stars and Mountain Explorer classes for use in digital and printed media. By signing below, I grant the rights for the usage of such photographs to Okemo Mountain Resort.

(OPTIONAL) I DO NOT wish to grant a photo release of my child.

I understand that my child’s participation in these Programs involves exposure to the inherent risks of skiing and/or snowboarding that cannot be eliminated. I also understand that my child’s participation in these Programs may require the use of ski lifts and that my child may ride lifts alone, with other guests, or with other children and that the use of lifts by my child involves a potential risk of injury. I hereby release the Okemo Mountain Ski + Ride School Programs, which are operated by Okemo Mountain, its officers and agents, and any person officially connected with the Ski + Ride School Programs, from all liability for any injuries to my child or damages whatsoever arising from his/her attendance in the Okemo Mountain Ski + Ride School Programs. In the event that my child becomes ill or injured, I authorize emergency medical care and give permission to contact a physician or the Ski Patrol on my behalf. I, The Undersigned, Have Read And Understand This Release. This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the state of Vermont. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall be given full force and eect. I, the undersigned, have read and understand this contract. Parent/Guardian: I verify that I am the parent or guardian of the minor, and I have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the participant, and I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this contract. *
