Okemo wins top rankings
LUDLOW, Vt. – Late autumn is the time of year when social media channels and ski and snowboard websites explode with various resort rankings, and Okemo Mountain Resort has earned some high praise with several of the most prominent listings.
Number 1 in the East for Lifts
SKI’s highly regarded reader-ranked survey for the Best in the East 2018, placed Okemo securely in the top 10. Okemo ranked ninth overall and took top honors in the East for lifts. It ranked third for grooming, fifth for snow and sixth for lodging, service and for being kid-friendly.
Number 4 in the East for Terrain Parks
During the summer, Newschoolers teamed up with Snow Park Technologies to create a comprehensive ranking of the best terrain parks across North America. Okemo ranked fourth in the East. The list was an even split between SPT data and Newschoolers’ Park Poll results.
A Top 10 for Families
