Okemo offers 36-plus holes of championship golf

Summer 2017

LUDLOW, Vt. – A longtime winter destination for skiers and winter sports enthusiasts, Okemo Mountain Resort welcomes summer visitors with 36 holes of championship golf and a Family Fore course for youngsters and future golfers.

Okemo Valley Golf Club is Vermont’s premier heathland-style course.
Designed to honor the traditions of the game and the Okemo Valley terrain, the par-70, 18-hole championship layout features wide, emerald fairways framed with rolling fields of golden fescue.  Moderate elevation changes, strategically placed hazards and undulating greens, are the hallmarks of this scenic course. Four sets of tee boxes ensure that all players can enjoy the course, while providing a challenge for the accomplished golfer. Although truly punishing features are few, risk-reward is a course feature that grows with course knowledge at OVGC.

Located on Fox Lane, Ludlow, Vt. – just north of the village, off Rt. 103/100N.
For tee times call (802) 228-1396.

Family Fore at Okemo Valley Golf Club is for all ages.
Okemo’s Family Fore Course is fun course offering beginners and future players superb course attributes with none of the pressures of championship course play. Four holes ranging from 60 to 100 yards mimic Okemo Valley's championship course, with gentle rolling terrain and greenside bunkers. The Family Fore course is open Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Playis based on an hourly rate of just $12 per adult, and $9 per junior (16 and younger). Call (802) 228-1396 for more information.

Tater Hill Golf Club is nestled in a pastoral, hill farm setting.
This par-71, 18-hole championship course measures 6,400 yards.  Although it offers plenty of challenge for low handicaps, golfers of all ability levels can enjoy a layout that features undulating fairways, spectacular views, cottage-style flower gardens and the casual ambience of an old Vermont hill farm.

Located on Popple Dungeon Road (off Rt. 11), 22 miles southwest of Ludlow, in Windham, Vt.
For tee times call (802) 875-2517.
