Call Okemo

Okemo Mountain Resort offers a veritable buffet of culinary options. From cafeterias with made-to-order salads and sandwiches to farm-to-table, fine dining and everything in between, Okemo offers meal choices to suit every palate, lifestyle and budget. Okemo’s premier restaurants include Coleman Brook Tavern, Epic and Siena.

COLEMAN BROOK TAVERN: At Okemo’s Jackson Gore Inn, diners of all ages enjoy the upscale yet relaxed atmosphere of Coleman Brook Tavern. Chef Scot Emerson’s commitment to sourcing local ingredients gives new meaning to the term “farm-to-table.” Okemo’s Whole Animal Program works with local farmers to pasture-raise organic, antibiotic-free, Berkshire hogs from Cavendish Farms, Cornish chickens from Parmlee Farms and certified Wagyu beef from Spring-Rock Farms. Coleman Brook Tavern’s Wine Room, for grownups only, offers an elegant setting of mahogany breakfronts that surround diners with a display of fine vintages. Coleman Brook Tavern is the recipient of the Wine Spectator Best of Excellence Award. Serving lunch and dinner daily: 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m., and until 10 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.

EPIC: Eclectic, whimsical and sophisticated, Okemo’s preferred slopeside lunch spot takes the midday meal to an elevated status. In addition to traditional favorites with a twist, skiers and riders enjoy trio specialties that provide a “sampling” of complementary morsels. As a side-dish alternative, try Epic’s Vitality Vegetable or warm up with the Japanese Hot Pot served in an artisan-crafted bowl with locally produced ramen. Located at Okemo’s Solitude Lodge, Epic serves lunch daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and until 3:30 p.m. on weekends. Epic’s special Snowcat Dinners are a distinctive adventure in dining that includes an excursion in an all-terrain mountain snowcat, impeccable service and an epicurean endeavor into the creativity of Chef Jason Tostrup’s vivid imagination.

SIENA: The circular layout of the Roundhouse’s mezzanine is reminiscent of the rounded track of Italy’s famous Palio di Siena horse race. The cuisine is Tuscan – fresh, rustic and family-friendly. The hospitality is pleasant, warm and inviting, yet never accepting of compromise regarding food or wine. Siena Chef Mark Wiegand embraces these Tuscan ideals through skills learned in Florence, Italy. Combined with ingredients from local farmers and artisans, he and his team create a cuisine befitting a traditional Tuscan Trattoria in an exhibition kitchen that offers an engaging and authentic dining experience. Serving Fridays, 5 to 9 p.m.; Saturdays and holidays, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
