Triple Peaks, LLC to sell Okemo Mountain, Mount Sunapee and Crested Butte Mountain Resort to Vail Resorts

Triple Peaks, LLC, owned by Tim and Diane Mueller, and their children Ethan and Erica Mueller, announced today they have entered into a purchase agreement with Vail Resorts, Inc. Triple Peaks, LLC is the parent company for Okemo Mountain, in Ludlow, Vt., Mount Sunapee, in Newbury, N.H., and Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Mt. Crested Butte, Colo.

Okemo Mountain Resort, Mount Sunapee Resort and Crested Butte Mountain Resort Join the Epic Pass
Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont, Mount Sunapee Resort in New Hampshire, and Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado have joined the industry-leading Epic Pass in a long-term alliance beginning with the 2018-2019 winter season, bringing the total number of Epic Pass mountain resorts for skiers and snowboarders to 64 in eight countries.
Skiers and riders shine at Okemo’s Light the Night Rail Jam March 3
Okemo Mountain Resort will light up one of its trails and a specially constructed rail garden on Bull Run, Saturday, March 3, for its annual Light the Night Rail Jam. A prize purse of $5,000 in cash, plus prizes, will go to the best skiers and riders in this jam-format competition.

Okemo Ski + Ride School supervisor named among Ski Area Management’s 10 Under 30
Okemo Mountain Resort Ski + Ride School Supervisor and Instructor Katie Brinton was named one of Ski Area Management’s 10 Under 30 in the July 2017 issue of the magazine. Brinton, age 27, of Water Mill, N.Y., made her first turns on snow as a Ski-Wee at Okemo. She is now a PSIA Alpine Level III certified instructor and trainer.
