IT Support Specialist - Mount Sunapee Resort

Information Technology | Full Time | Summer Seasonal

Mount Sunapee Resort, our sister mountain in Newbury, NH has an immediate opening for an entry-level IT Support Specialist to work 40 hours per week.   Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, end-user support as well as support of our Siriusware point-of-sale network, Mitel PBX phone system and copiers. Must be helpful and friendly, have strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.   The ability to prioritize with attention to detail is a must. The position requires the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed, access all sites on the mountain, lift up to 50 lbs., stand, sit, bend, kneel and climb ladders to reach computer equipment and cabling. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of IT experience are required.  Additional certifications are a plus.  There will be ongoing training opportunities built into this position.
