Facilities Supervisor - Mount Sunapee Resort
Facilities & Maintenance | Full Time | Year Round
Mount Sunapee Resort, our sister resort in Newbury, NH has an immediate opening for a Facilities Supervisor who is a licensed electrician and has a strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, alarm systems, OSHA regulations and building codes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintenance and repairs to buildings, building systems and equipment, and performing other duties required of the Buildings & Grounds team. The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in all types of environments and access all areas of the mountain and facilities by foot, vehicle, chairlift, ATV, and snowmobile in all weather conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent, electrician’s license, valid driver’s license, and 3 to 5 years of experience in a specific trade or in general building maintenance and repair are required. This is a full-time year-round position including weekend and holiday work as needed and being on call for emergencies.
