Facilities Manager - Mount Sunapee Resort
Facilities & Maintenance | Full Time | Year Round
We have an immediate opening for a Facilities Manager. This is a senior management and leadership position reporting to the General Manager. This position has oversight and responsibility of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance, Custodial, Parking, and Shuttle Operations, and performing other duties as required.
The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs, work in all types of weather and access all areas of the mountain and facilities by foot, vehicle, chairlift, ATV, and snowmobile.
A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management, a specific trade, or general building and grounds maintenance and repair are required.
This is a full-time year-round position that includes weekend and holiday work as needed, and being on call for emergencies.
