Long Trail Brewing Company is a regional brewer of high quality, handcrafted alternatives to imported beer. At the riverside brewing facility in Bridgewater Corners, visitors will find extraordinary insight into the wonderful world of beer. As the producer of Vermont's #1 selling craft brew, Long Trail is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience. Watch the live brewing process first-hand from a brand new tour platform extending into our brew house where all the action happens! Sample high quality ales and enjoy a delicious lunch on our sunny, riverside deck. Peruse the large selection of gifts or take beer home from the gift shop. Harpoon Brewery is located in nearby Windsor, VT. At Harpoon we have always worked hard to make great beer and welcome our customers to the brewery. We hope that you come visit our Windsor Brewery and see for yourself what makes our brewery - and our beer - special. Our Windsor Brewery features a Production Viewing Area where you can check out the Brewhouse "up close" and learn about Harpoon. We also featurea Brewery Store and lunchtime restaurant known as the Harpoon Beer Garden. The tour includes a walk through the brewery (depending on Brewery Production at the time of the tour) and complimentary samples of Harpoon beer. It lasts about 45 minutes. The Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream Factory is nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains. The factory sits on a rolling pasture overlooking the Worcester Range, just north of Waterbury, VT. The guided factory tours are fun and educational for all ages. Guests will learn about the ice cream production process and how the company's 3-part mission statement is incorporated into day-to-day business operations. During the summer months you will find outdoor activities, cows and plenty of space for picnicking. The views are spectacular year-round.
