FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’s)

WHERE CAN I STAY OVERNIGHT?
Consider staying on-site at the Jackson Gore Inn or in one of the many condominium properties located on Okemo Mountain.  A festival package is available, combining lodging with festival passes for all 3 Main Stage headline acts. Visit www.okemo.com to book or call 1-866-706-5366

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The show will go on rain or shine. For more information, please see our “Weather Policy”. Severe weather announcement will be made via our social media channels and website at www.okemo.com

WHAT TIME DOES THE MAIN STAGE GATE OPEN?
On Thursday, Friday & Saturday the gate will open at 5:00pm.

WHAT TYPE OF MAIN STAGE SEATING IS THERE?
All seating is General Admission and is on a first come, first served basis. In front of the stage is for blanket and short lawn chairs, behind that is a section for taller lawn chairs.

ARE PEOPLE GOING TO STAND/ DANCE IN FRONT OF ME?
The acts we book play upbeat music, and people here love to dance! Choose where to sit depending on what you expect from your fellow concert goers. If you don’t like people standing up or dancing near you, please consider choosing a spot set back from the stage with good sight lines.

DO I NEED TO BRING A LAWN CHAIR?
You should plan to bring your own lawn chair and/or blanket.  Low-height (sand chairs) are required near the front of the stage in the blanket seating area. Taller lawn chairs must be placed behind the blanket seating area.

IS THERE FOOD AVAILABLE?
Yes, we will food trucks and draft beer, cider and non-alcoholic offerings available, along with a full bar. 

WHAT AM I NOT ALLOWED TO BRING?
Outside food and alcohol is not permitted. No guns, drugs or pets!

ARE MY CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE FESTIVAL?
Okemo’s All Come Home Music Festival is family-friendly! As a courtesy to your fellow festival audience members, please carefully consider whether your child is mature enough to enjoy an evening concert without disturbing those around you. Children are not allowed to "run wild" at the Festival - They must be supervised by an adult during the concerts.

CAN I PUT MY BLANKET IN THE DANCING AREA?
Yes, you are allowed blankets in the dancing area. Just know that it may be trampled once the music starts.

IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE?
Yes, there is an ATM nearby in the stone archway of the Jackson Gore Inn.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking is allowed only in the designated area.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
Some artists have photograph restrictions. Personal, non-commercial photography is allowed.
