Guest/Resort Services | Full Time | Winter Seasonal
Okemo Mountain Resort has full-time and part-time seasonal openings for Resort Services Front Desk Personnel. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized sales station, including all supplies, RFID materials, cash, literature and other necessary items to service guests and employees. Additional responsibilities include answering questions and dispersing accurate information regarding all Okemo programs, events, rates, daily updates, directions, etc. Applicants will need to have strong guest service orientation, be able to interact with guests in a clear and concise manner with a thorough knowledge of the ski area and programs available. Previous guest service experience is preferred.
