Okemo Mountain Resort has a full-time year round opening for a Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities include inspecting cleaned rooms, condominium and public spaces to ensure cleanliness while maintaining efficiency goals. Additional duties include willingness and ability to hold staff accountable for high standards, training along with ongoing coaching and development, and completing thorough inventory and restocking of housekeeping items. Applicants should be able to work in a fast paced environment, interpret housekeeping reports and perform general office duties, such as filing, scheduling and organizing, communicate with owners, guests and staff effectively. Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50 pounds (medium lifting). Applicants must be able to work weekends, holidays, and at least 1 evening shift per week in order to supervise and assist with evening housekeeping staff duties.
