Okemo Mountain Resort has a full-time year round opening for a Banquet Manager who is responsible for coordinating, detailing the delivery of all food and beverage, and service for functions held throughout the resort. Additional duties include creation and distribution of Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s), hiring, training and scheduling staff and authorization of purchases and expenses. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of banquet management experience, strong communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays, able to stand, walk, sit and bend for extended periods of time, and lift 50 pounds (medium lifting).
