Concierge

Hospitality | Full Time | Year Round

Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for a full-time year round Concierge. Responsibilities include assisting our guests with directions, reservations, suggestions on activities at Okemo as well as the local area, working closely with the Manager to assist and supervise the front office team, checking guests in/out as needed, and producing a list of weekly activities with the sign shop. The ideal candidate should have experience with Springer Miller PMS or similar PMS, as well as Siriusware and Inntopia. Applicants should have strong front of the house experience, previous guest service and training experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
