Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for a Full-Time Year Round Assistant Manager of Lift Operations who will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the department to include interviewing, hiring and training personnel. Additional duties include designing orientation and training programs, planning work schedules and assisting with maintenance of ski lifts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, have strong communication, mathematical and guest service skills, as well strong computer skills. Must be able to lift 75 pounds (heavy lifting), operate a ski lift and snowmobile, able to climb and work at heights and have a valid driver’s license. The schedule for this position will include weekends and holidays.
