Administrative Assistant, Full-Time Year Round

We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources Manager and Accounting Manager. General office administration skills with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required. Experience in Power Point, Kronos, and JD Edwards is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting daily functions such as data entry, filing, faxing, copying, answering phones, cash handling, processing accounts payable and receivable, recruitment, applicant processing, and special events. Our ideal candidate must maintain a high level of confidentiality, pay attention to detail, and have outstanding organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma, or equivalent, with 2 years of administrative support experience is required.
