Coleman Brook Tavern at Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking an Assistant Manager to be a part of the team running our 250 seat fine dining restaurant. Coleman Brook Tavern is part of the farm to table dining movement featuring locally sourced products. We also feature a unique beverage program including an award winning wine list and craft beers from around the country. Responsibilities for this full-time winter position include supervising and coordinating regular and special event meal service, supervising and training employees, assisting inventories and controlling daily operating budgets. Knowledge of Vermont State Health, liquor control regulations, POS training and ServSafe training will be provided. Fine dining experience required.
