Director of Housekeeping

Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for a Full-Time Year Round Director of Housekeeping.  This position will be responsible for the oversight of all operations of the housekeeping department including hiring and training, staff motivation, budgeting, inventory, cleaning and inspections, creating and reviewing daily work schedules.  Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, communicate effectively and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Springer Miller reservations systems.  The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule to include day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays and have previous management experience in a hotel/resort housekeeping setting.   This is a Full-Time Year Round position and benefits include 401K, Medical, Vision, Life and Dental Insurance, generous Paid Time Off Program, Flex Plan, Ski & Golf Resort Discounts and more!
