Culinary | Part Time | Summer Seasonal

Responsibilities include answering phones, communicating specials, dining and lounge hours, greeting guests, and orchestrating the flow of dining room service. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative or restaurant experience, strong organizational, communication, mathematical and interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of computers. Good judgment skills as they relate to Vermont Liquor Laws, as well as, serving the public in a courteous manner is required.
