Resort Services Manager

Guest/Resort Services | Full Time | Year Round

Okemo Mountain Resort has a Full Time Year Round opening for the Resort Services Manager position.  With an emphasis on guest service, this individual will oversee operations of the Resort Services Desk in the Clock Tower Base Lodge, as well as several remote locations. This individual also works closely with the entire resort to implement and oversee guest use of our RFID system. Summer duties shift to Adventure Zone with similar duties. This is a front line position dealing with a multitude of guest centered services. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling as well as direct supervision of staff.  In addition, the manager is responsible for the daily reconciliation of relevant sales points and oversight of cash handling. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of management and resort experience as well as familiarity with resort management software systems.
