Accounts Payable Administrator

Accounting & Finance | Full Time | Year Round

Responsibilities include correlation of vendor invoices with purchase orders for posting, data entry, problem resolution of vendor accounts, processing of bi-weekly check runs, and maintenance of files in a multi-company environment.  This individual must be deadline driven and prepared to work in a high volume, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable and have strong data processing, math, typing and calculator skills. JD Edwards experience preferred.
