Okemo Mountain Resort has a Full-Time Year Round position available for a Sous Chef at Coleman Brook Tavern, our high volume 250-seat restaurant featuring upscale cuisine and an award winning wine list. Responsibilities include cost control of menu items, training of staff, ordering and consistent food preparation to ensure the best quality of cooking and service.  The ideal candidate will have 5 years of culinary and supervisory experience, a desire to work in a fast paced, fun environment at a restaurant with unsurpassed food quality. Coleman Brook Tavern is located at the Jackson Gore base area, a hub of winter and summer activity including concerts, weddings and events, and resort outlets.
