Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for an Assistant Manager at our Rental and Repair Shop responsible for cash accounting, daily reconciliation and risk management of the department in addition to assisting with the interviewing, training and hiring of employees.  The ideal candidate will have experience with cash accounting, word processing and spreadsheets. The ability to perform any task in the Rental/Repair Shop including binding adjustments, binding/ski/snowboard/boot repair and system trouble shooting and binding certification is required. Two years of previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.  This is a full-time winter position beginning November 1st.
