Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for a Full-Time Year Round Kitchen Manager who will be responsible for overall control of menu, pricing, ordering and ensuring that high standards of food preparation are maintained. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing scheduling of all kitchen employees, equipment and supply requirements for the department and assist in implementing and supporting all policies and procedures throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience, be capable of working in a fast paced environment, with a guest service focus and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be able to stand, sit and bend for extended periods of time, as well as, frequent stair climbing and ability to lift 50 pounds (medium lifting).
