Executive Chef

Culinary | Full Time | Year Round

Our Culinary Services team is seeking a candidate to provide leadership and direction for standards of quality, service, profit, safety and sanitation.  This position is located at Coleman Brook Tavern at the Jackson Gore Base Area, our high volume 250-seat restaurant featuring upscale cuisine and an award-winning wine list. Responsibilities include the preparation of 500+ lunches and dinners daily in addition to Banquets and weddings. A Culinary degree from an accredited institution, 7-10 years’ experience working in a high volume kitchen (to include 3-5 years as an Executive or Sous Chef) in a resort environment preferred. The candidate must be current with industry trends and possess strong culinary industry associations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and passion of upscale cuisine, strong training, motivational and communication skills and the ability to manage payroll, inventory and food costs to meet budgetary guidelines.
