Okemo Mountain Resort has a full-time year round opening for a Culinary Manager at ePic restaurant. Responsibilities include managing a team of servers and bartenders, including scheduling, labor management, people management and development. Strong guest service skills are a must. Candidate will also lead the planning, supervising and coordinating of regular and special event meal services in the dining room and meeting facilities, including such tasks as seating plans, staff scheduling, floral arrangements, decorations, and entertainment, also responsible for the training of staff on safety and guest services, as well as cost control, cost of sale, operating expenses, and inventory control. Applicants should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, knowledge of all equipment operation and use and overall restaurant procedures, and knowledge of Vermont State Health, Employment and Liquor Control Regulations, as well as, their implementation. Applicants should have at least 4 years of food service experience, and hold and maintain TIPS certification.
