Okemo Mountain Resort, a Best Places to Work in Vermont for the last four years has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Assistant.  We are looking for a dynamic individual who has an interest in the Human Resources profession, and is looking to gain experience in a fun, resort environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily recruitment functions such as applicant tracking and follow up, cold calls, recruitment research, job fairs, sourcing and administrative duties.  Attention to detail, ability to take direction, prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and in a team environment is necessary. Experience with Microsoft Office is helpful. This position involves working in a confidential, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.  The ideal candidate should have an educational background in business management, hospitality, human resources or a comparable degree program.
