Okemo Mountain Resort has full-time seasonal openings for Resort Services Assistant Managers, and Supervisors. Responsibilities include assisting the Manager with training and supervising all operations of Resort Services, including scheduling employees, reconciliation of daily cashouts, providing front line support for all staff members to resolve guest service issues. Applicants will need to be able to interact with guests in a clear and concise manner with a thorough knowledge of the ski area, motivate and direct employees in a fast paced environment, as well as deal with multiple situations at the same time. Strong telephone and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Siriusware and Excel is required. Previous experience working with sales direct to the public in a guest service oriented environment and supervisory/management experience is preferred.
