Rental Shop Manager

Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for the Manager of our Clock Tower Base area Rental Shop. Our Rental shop gets guests out on the slopes with a large fleet of equipment, including skis, snowboards and helmets to enjoy winter days on the slopes. This position is responsible for not only the set-up and maintenance of equipment but also inventory control. In addition, the manager is responsible for the sales desk including not only rentals, but also RFID lift access and beginner lesson sales. Okemo Mountain also offers local school children access to the mountain through our school program and the rental shop oversees the administration of this program. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling as well as direct supervision of staff. In addition, the manager is responsible for the daily reconciliation of relevant sales points and oversight of cash handling. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of management, hard goods and resort experience as well as familiarity with resort management software systems.
