Epic Restaurant at Okemo Mountain Resort has a full-time year round opening as an Epic Chef. Responsibilities include creating and implementing an award winning menu, assisting in ensuring that product, service and facility cleanliness is of the highest quality and consistently maintained, overseeing weekly food inventories, and handling all internal concerns in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a strong understanding of the food service business, delegate tasks to assistants, and are able to manage and train staff. Applicants need to be able to operate all culinary equipment, endure long periods of sitting and/or standing, and lift 50 pounds. Applicants should have at least three years of previous Sous Chef experience.
