Assistant Desk Manager, Resort Services

Our Resort Services Team has an opening for an Assistant Desk Manager to assist with all aspects of guest services.  Responsibilities include the dissemination of mountain and general information, and oversight of daily operations.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills, ability to make sound decisions, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and the ability to ski/snowboard with knowledge of the equipment to accurately access needs.   The ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods and to travel between departments in all weather conditions is required.  Previous experience in a guest oriented environment preferred.
