Administration Office Supervisor

Executive/Administration | Full Time | Year Round

Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking a full-time, year round Administration Office Supervisor. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operation of the front office including welcoming guests and handling inquires and issues, handling incoming calls, distribution of mail, correspondence with guests and vendors, as well as implementing, monitoring, and completion of assigned programs and assisting with administrative duties as directed by the General Manager. Other responsibilities include issuing season passes for employees, as well as special ticket requests. Applicants should be able to work in a fast paced environment with long periods of standing or sitting, be proficient in typing and other clerical skills, and have strong knowledge in PC applications to include Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Applicants must have strong telephone, composing & writing letters & emails and communication skills.
