Accounting Administrator

Accounting & Finance | Full Time | Year Round

Okemo Mountain Resort has a full-time year round opening for an Accounting Administrator.  Responsibilities include journal entry calculations and entries, maintaining balance sheet controls, reconciliation of accounts payable vendor statements and bank account statements to the general ledger. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining accounts receivable accounts and collections, as well as statement and invoice processing and provide support for cashroom operations.  The ideal candidate will have strong data entry, math, typing and calculator skills as well as cash handling experience and strong organizational skills.  An Associate’s degree in Accounting is helpful.
