Seasonal products will be available for pick up Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm at the new Resort Services Desk located in the Clocktower base lodge until opening day.  Once we are officially open for the 2009-10 season, pass pick ups will be available 7 days a week.

New this year, pass holders that already have current photos on file with us, may choose to receive their new passes in the mail for a nominal shipping and handling fee. If you prefer this option, please phone our Call Center at 802-228-1600 for rates and information on this new option.  The Call Center hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 4:00.
 
PLEASE NOTE: 

 1. You must have a current photo on file with us to select this option.  If you don't have a photo, you may stop by Mountain Services to have a photo taken prior to October 1st to take advantage of this option.

 2. Waiver forms must be completed and returned to us in order for us to ship any passes. No passes will be shipped without receipt of these completed forms, regardless of whether payment has been made.
