Okemo Mountain Resort - Privacy Policy
Okemo Mountain Resort has created this privacy statement to
demonstrate our commitment to user privacy. Privacy on
the Okemo web site (www.okemo.com) is of great
importance to us. We gather important information from our visitors
and customers, so we publish this statement as a way to communicate
our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve
the right to change this statement and will provide notification of
the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change
taking effect. The notice would include directions on how users may
respond to the change.
Collected Information
We require people who register to use the services offered on
our site to give us contact information. Depending on the service
chosen, we ask for information such as their name, company name,
address, phone number, e-mail address, and financial and billing
information, such as billing name and address, and credit card
number.
Okemo uses the information that we collect to set up services
for individuals.We may also use the information to contact users
and prospects to further discuss their interest in Okemo Mountain
Resort, the services we provide and ways we can improve them. We

and billing information that we collect through the site is used
solely to bill for services. This billing information is not used
for marketing or promotional purposes.
Okemo Mountain Resort uses a third party intermediary to
manage online credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a
link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store,
retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole
purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as
content providers, may provide content on the web site but they are
not permitted to collect any information nor does Okemo share any
personally identifiable user information with these parties.
Users of the service use the site to host data and

Okemo Mountain Resort will not review, share, distribute,
print, or reference any such data except as provided in our Terms of Service, or as may
be required by law. We will only view or access individual records
with your permission (for example, to resolve a problem or support

Okemo Mountain Resort may also collect certain information

information from our visitors and customers and provide such

each user only to record encrypted authentication information for
