No vacation is complete without a little pampering. Come let our therapists wipe all your cares away. It just doesn't get any better than a massage after a long day in the out of doors. Okay, maybe if its followed by a long soak in the hot tub!

All our therapists were trained at accredited schools. Advance reservations are recommended: (802) 228-1418

Swedish Massage
A system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles combined with active and passive movements of the joints. A very relaxing full body massage.

Deep Tissue
Releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It is called deep tissue because it also focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Soothing Stone Massage
Heated Basalt stones are incorporated into a Swedish massage, leaving you completely relaxed, with all tension melted away.

Sports Massage
Massage therapy focusing on muscle systems relevant to a particular sport. Massage, applied skillfully, is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. The skilled massage therapist will be able to detect variations in the soft tissues and by using the correct techniques, help the sports person maintain a much healthier physical state.

Aloe Skin Polishing and Wrap
After an exfoliation with enzymes, an application of warm aloe mixed with detoxifying herbs is spread over your entire body, you are then cocooned in sheets and blankets while you get a wonderful hand, foot and scalp massage. To finish, an application of aloe moisturizing lotion is massaged into the skin to seal hydration. The herbs and aloe create a natural lymphatic detoxification causing inch loss that can be noticed for 2-3 days helping you get into that special outfit.

250Raindrop Essential Oil Therapy Massage
Pure essential oils are dispensed like little drops of rain above the back followed by a variety of massage techniques including effleurage, vita-flex, reflexology on the feet and the application of heat. This technique is designed to bring the body back into structural and electrical alignment using relaxing oils. Raindrop therapy also balances the metabolism, calms, relieves and soothes all areas of the body.

It's fun when they have races on Chief because we can watch everybody race down the mountain and instead of just sitting there on the chairlift.
