1. Reservation Deposit:
60% of the total stay is required as a deposit to receive
confirmation guarantee. Reservation deposits should be made by
personal check within 10 days of the initial booking. Final payment
is due 20 days in advance for all reservations.
2. Vacation cancellation and interruption protection plan
(vcipp):
A 7% fee to cover the cost of VCIPP is included in your total
package. This is something we strongly recommend. To decline this
coverage, return the signed waiver (acknowledging that you
understand our cancellation policy) within 2 days of your initial
deposit payment.
3. Cancellations:
Reservation deposits are refundable, less a 10% fee (of reservation
total), if notice of cancellation is received at least 20 days
prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is
within 20 working days of arrival. There is a lost key charge of
$20 per key.
4. Check-in/check-out:
Check-in time is 5 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Check-ins and
check-outs are handled at the Welcome Center, which is located at
the skier drop-off area by the Clock Tower. The Welcome Center is
open 24 hours a day during the regular Winter Season. Please note:
We will be pleased to check you in early if your unit is ready;
however, early check-ins and late check-outs are usually not
available Fridays, Sundays, and holidays. Please plan your arrival
accordingly.
5. Specific unit/floor/building requests:
We are unable to guarantee specific unit/floor/building
availability other than unit size and condominium location.
Whenever possible, Okemo will try to honor all specific
unit/floor/building requests. Okemo management reserves the right
to move reservations, with a specific request, to another
unit/floor/building at the reduced rate.
6. Security/key deposits:
Due to private ownership of our rental condominiums, a security/key
deposit must be provided at check-in. The deposit may be either a
credit card imprint (VISA, MC, AMEX) or $300 in U.S. funds. Cash or
check deposits will be returned within 15 working days of
departure. There will be a $20 (per key) lost key charge.
7. Housekeeping:
All linens, towels and blankets are furnished for your arrival.
Rates include daily towel service, including pick-up of bathroom
linens and trash. Additional maid service available on a perdiem
basis upon request.
8. Parking permits:
Permits are required and will be issued when your unit is ready for
check-in. Limit 2 permits per condominium.
9. Please note:
Pets are not permitted. No exceptions!
