1. Maximum Number of Guests:
Each guest unit has a maximum number of guests allowed overnight.
Exceeding the number of overnight guests quoted on the reservation
card, without notification, will result in termination of the
rental agreement and forfeiture of all deposits and payments.
2. Reservation Deposits:
60% of the total stay is required as a deposit to receive
confirmation guarantee. Reservation deposits should be made by
personal check within 10 days of the initial booking. Upon receipt
of deposit, confirmation will be send immediately by return mail.
Final payment is due 20 days prior to arrival date. Two night
minimums may be required on prime weekends. Minimum night stay
requirements may be required during Holiday and Vacation
weeks.
3. Cancellations & Reservation Charges:
There is a 10% Cancellation Fee (of reservation total) applied to
all cancellations. Reservations are fully refundable, less the 10%,
if notice of cancellation is received at least 20 days prior to
arrival for ski season, 60 days prior to arrival for long-term
stays, and 7 days prior to arrival for summer/fall stays.
Lodging-only reservations may be upgraded to Ski & Stay
packages until the initial deposit has been paid. No credit or
refunds will be issued for downgrading a reservation within 20 days
of arrival due to changes in length of stay of unit size, or by
dropping a Ski & Stay packages. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Vacation Cancellation and Interruption Protection Plan
(VCIPP):
A 7% fee to cover the cost of VCIPP is included in your total
package. This plan protects your reservation deposits from loss due
to cancellation as a result of most causes and we strongly
recommend the coverage. To decline the coverage, return a signed
waiver within 2 days of your initial deposit payment.
5. Specific Unit/Floor/Building Requests:
We are unable to guarantee specific unit/floor/building
availability other than unit size and location at the Inn. We will
try, whenever possible, to honor all specific unit/floor/building
location requests on a first reservation basis. Okemo Management
reserves the right to move reservations with a specific request to
another unit/floor/building location but guarantees not to exceed
the rate confirmed at time of reservation. Ski-in/Ski-out units may
be on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor but all are in the Inn building
with direct access to the ski trail.
6. Late Check-outs:
Options for a later than normal check-out are sometimes available.
There is a nominal fee ($75 - 1/2 the room rate) for any late
check-out but they are not available during holidays or when
another guest is checking into your unit. Late check-outs are
available on a limited basis and can only be confirmed after 6:00
p.m. the night before your departure.
7. Check-in/check-out:
Check-in time is 5 p.m. and check-out time is 12
Noon. We will be pleased to check you in early if your unit is
ready; however, early check-ins are not available Fridays, Sundays,
and holidays. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
8. Pets:
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE JACKSON GORE INN.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPETIONS.
9. Parking:
Access to Jackson Gore Inn Guest Lots requires a room key.
PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO PARK IN THE GARAGE BEFORE YOU HAVE
CHECKED-IN. YOU WILL BE DENIED ACCESS.
10. Jackson Gore Inn is a NON SMOKING building.
Designated smoking areas will be identified outside the
building.
