Veal Tortellacci - tender veal and cheese filled pasta in a savory marsala mushroom sauce.

Tuscan Seafood - shrimip, scallops and clams in white wine and roma tomatoes over capellini.

Lasagna - served with Siena's marina.

Short Ribs Gigli - slow-braised beef short rib sauteed with portabella mushrooms and fresh asparagus.

Siena Parmigiana - breaded and served with fresh mozzarella and Siena's marinara over linguini.

Grilled Chicken Radiatori - chicken breast, roasted peppers, and asparagus tossed with basil pesto over radiatori pasta.

Siena is located above the Roundhouse at Jackson Gore. Serving Fridays, 5-9 pm; Saturdays and holiday weeks 11-9 pm. For reservations please call (802) 228-1440.  Siena will close for the season following the weekend of March 28th.
