Stop at Coleman’s Lobby Bar on your way to dinner and enjoy one of our own creative martinis served in a giant chilled glass. Or choose from the best liquor selection in the state including single malt scotch, single barrel bourbon, great cognacs and port wines.
The stunning décor of Coleman Brook Tavern is eclectic and comfortable with lots of color and lighting. Dining can be intimate for two, yet comfortable, family-friendly and casual. In the summer we can accommodate private parties in our Wine Room where we showcase our great collection. The wine room can accommodate up to 45 diners. Hours: Open for dinner nightly beginning at 5 pm. Til' 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Lunch service daily from 11:30-3 pm.
