WOMEN'S ALPINE ADVENTURES
SAMPLE 3-DAY WEEKEND AGENDA

Friday
8:00-9:00am Breakfast in the Cornerstone Room at Jackson Gore. Check the board for your group assignment and eat together with your instructor. This room is ours so you can leave your belongings here after breakfast. Pick up your equipment and hit the slopes. Overnight equipment storage is located right next door.
9:00am-12:30pm ON SNOW! Take a warm up run or two with your group to be sure you are comfortable with the speed and preferred terrain of your fellow partners in slide! Any changes will be made after these runs. All groups to reconvene at predetermined time & place. Please be on time!!! Once everything is in order, you are off for the day to bond with your group.
12:30-1:30pm Lunch is available in The Cornerstone Room at Jackson Gore.
1:30-4:00pm ON SNOW! Afternoon clinic options that may require alternative gear, which is supplied through the rental shop next door. Get a chance to share some sliding excitement with others outside your group and other instructors. Choose from the following options: (subject to change due to weather and conditions) Bumps, Skating, Glades, Short Skis, Snowblades, or Snowboarding.
3:30-4:00pm FEAR CLINIC! (Optional) Maria's "Seven Steps to Success" indoor clinic to help overcome fears and roadblocks to your progress in The Cornerstone Room at Jackson Gore.
4:00-6:00pm WELCOME PARTY in The Cornerstone Room at Jackson Gore! Get to hang out with your group and rehash the day while also meeting others outside your group and other instructors.
Saturday
7:30-8:30am
8:00-9:00am

Breakfast in The Cornerstone Room at Jackson Gore.
STANCE AND BALANCE CLINIC (optional) in the Cornerstone Room.
8:00am-12:30pm
12:30-1:30pm
1:30-4:00pm

ON SNOW! Slide with your group all day.
Lunch in the Cornerstone Room.
ON SNOW! Slide with your group for the afternoon.

Sunday
7:30-8:30am Breakfast in The Cornerstone Room at Jackson Gore.
8:00am-12:30pm ON SNOW! Slide with your group for the last morning.
12:30-1:30pm Lunch in the Cornerstone Room. FINAL FESTIVITIES AT 1:30!!!
2:00-4:00pm ON SNOW! Slide on your own or with friends or choose to get an early start on your trip home.
