624 acres of terrain with snowmaking, the highest percentage of any

day after day, week after week, all season long. The fact is, the
only thing deeper than our snow is our uncompromising commitment to
your experience on it.
If you are thinking about a trip with a group of friends, family
or co-workers, Okemo has you covered. All details of your group
planning and on-site transactions are coordinated on a personalized
basis. We'll even deliver your lift ticket packages to your Okemo
Valley area inn or hotel and coach drivers receive
complimentary "OKEMONEY" certificates good for breakfast or lunch
when you arrive here on the mountain.
Okemo's base area facilities are all centrally located and easy
to negotiate, making your group logistics even easier. Here at
Okemo, we strive to show you and your group the "Okemo difference"
every time you visit - it's just our way of making you feel at home

Group Basics
- A group is 20 or more people who purchase lift tickets for the
same ski/ride dates
- Every 21st group lift ticket is free!
- One group leader is responsible for all aspects of trip
organization and ticket purchasing
- For all lift ticket, lesson, and rental orders, 48 hour
advanced notice is appreciated
- Before you arrive at the Okemo Sales Center, please know
exactly how many lift tickets, lessons, and rental packages your
group will need and have them broken down into age categories and
length of stay. Use our easy online
forms to facilitate the process!
- Payment is in advance or upon arrival. For your convenience we
will accept up to two forms of payment. Visa/Mastercard/AMEX,
certified check and cash.
- Booking in advance gets you to the snow faster.

- Friendly Service: All details of group
planning are coordinated on a personal basis. Contact Okemo Sales

- Time Savers: You can save time by requesting group
information on-line.
- Ticket Delivery: Whether you decide to stay in
one of Okemo’s slopeside lodging properties or at one of Okemo
Valley’s Inns, Hotels, or B&B’s, we are happy to package and
deliver your lift tickets, lessons and rental vouchers for your
arrival. Advance reservations and purchase are required.
- Easy to Get Around: Okemo's base area
facilities are all central and easy to negotiate, streamlining
group logistics and services.
- Order Changes are Easy: If your order changes,
we’ve got you covered. Simply return unused tickets, lessons, and
rental vouchers to the Sales Center before noon on the day of
purchase for a full refund.
- Everyone on Your Bus Counts: Each motorcoach
drivers will receive a complimentary breakfast voucher when they
arrive at the Sales Center.

At Okemo Mountain Resort, our uncompromising commitment to guest
service runs as deep as our snow bases. There will always be
someone eager and willing to take the time to assist you. This
winter, spend time with us because although the ground is covered
with snow…Okemo is perhaps the warmest place on earth.
Group Sales Office Locations:
All group ticket, lesson and rental transactions take place in
the Okemo Sales Center, which is located within our motor coach
drop off area in the first parking lot on the right at the top of
the Okemo Mountain Access Road. Follow the posted signs for Tour
Buses.
