Media Procedures for Summer Visitations to Okemo Valley Golf Club and Tater Hill Golf Club

Okemo Valley Golf Club and Tater Hill Golf Club welcome members of the press to our golf facility. We are happy to extend complimentary greens fees to qualified journalists under the following conditions:

1) Members of the press must be on assignment.

2) At least two days advance notice must be provided prior to your visit.

3) You will need to fax a letter from your editor or station director stating the nature of your golf assignment, and when your feature is scheduled to air or appear before the public. Your letter of introduction can be faxed to the Public Relations office at (802) 228-1987.

We will do our best to accommodate your visit and secure a tee time for you. Please keep in mind that tee times are subject to space availability - midweek visits are highly encouraged. Guests and family members that accompany journalists can purchase their greens fees and golf cart rental inside the Pro Shop.

Media Procedures for Winter Visitations to Okemo Mountain Resort

Okemo Mountain Resort welcomes members of the press to our resort facility. We are happy to extend complimentary lift tickets to qualified journalists under the following conditions:

1) Members of the press must be on assignment.

2) At least three days advance notice must be provided prior to your visit.

3) You will need to fax a letter from your editor or station director stating the nature of your snow sports assignment, and when your feature is scheduled to air or appear before the public. Your letter of introduction can be faxed to the Public Relations office at (802) 228-1987. Once received, you will be contacted with information on where to receive your complimentary lift pass for the day.

Family members are not eligible to receive complimentary lift tickets or services, unless the assignment involves families or children’s programs. Please be sure to call ahead for approval prior to your visit.
