MEMBER-MEMBER 2008 CHAMPIONSHIP
The Tater Hill Golf Club Member-Member Championship Tournament concluded Sunday evening, July 27, with past champions returning and new champions crowned.
In the overall ladies’ championship, Natalie Raymond and Marlene Williams were neck and neck with Carol Lisai and Jane Becker going into day three. Raymond and Williams edged the low gross duo by just one point to take the overall honors.
In the men’s championship play, Dan Petraska and Steve Hart played flawlessly. They won each of the five, nine-hole matches and ran away with the overall title by four points.

Ladies’ Championship: 1st Marlene Williams and Natalie Raymond, 27.5 points; 2nd Jane Becker and Carol Lisai, 26.5 points; 3rd Ellen Carleton and Carol Mariani, 23 points.
Ladies’ First Flight: 1st Sally Brown and Barbara Lettenberger, 26 points (2007 Champions); 2nd Carol Cleveland and Gloria Kelly, 26 points; 3rd Judy Ryan and Joan Cerussi, 24.5 points.
Men’s Championship: 1st Steve Hart and Dan Petraska, 28.5 points; 2nd Hal Nelson and Jon Hennesey, 24.5 points; 3rd Vince Macri and Dave Surette, 24 points.
Men’s First Flight: 1st Reggie Cyr and Trevor Powers, 25 points; 2nd Regis Magnus and Tony Schwartz, 25 points; 3rd Mike Coyne and Joe Husted, 22.5 points.
Men’s Second Flight: 1st Jim Williams and Chris Krayer, 25 points; 2nd Jan Gisholt and Lou Valerio, 24 points; 3rd Lou Lettenberger and Mike Murphy, 23 points (2007 Champions); 3rd Dave Ryan and Joe Mariani, 23 points.
