MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Full-Time Summer/Winter
Responsibilities include general maintenance from painting to clean up and some carpentry. Knowledge of mechanical systems, general maintenance background and 1-3 years plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience required. This is a full-time summer position which will continue through the winter season. The hours for this position are 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., weekends required.
WAITSTAFF
Full-Time and Part-Time
Waitstaff positions currently available at Coleman Brook Tavern Restaurant. 5 years experience and the ability to work weekends required. The hours available for these positions are morning breaksfast and evening dinner shifts.
HOUSEKEEPERS
Full-Time Summer/Winter
Individuals must have the ability to take direction and work independently in a fast paced environment. Some heavy lifting required. The hours for these positions are full-time summer and full-time winter including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license may be required.
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Full-Time Winter
Our Accounting Department is seeking a qualified individual to join our team who possesses attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting daily payroll functions, maintaining personnel files and security of records for biweekly payrolls in multi-company/state environment. In addition, the Administrator will assist the Manager with payroll duties such as garnishments, account reconciliations, data entry, sorting, filing, typing, report processing and distribution as required. The ideal candidate will have data entry, math, typing, calculator and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required. 1-3 years previous payroll experience required. This is a Full-Time Winter position and requires working some weekends and holidays.
GROUP SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Full-Time Winter
The Sales Representative is involved with daily group ticketing operations, group reservations, and administrative work. Experience required includes excellent communications by phone, voice and written correspondence, as well as strong computer and mathematical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required and knowledge of ACT! a plus.
SALES COORDINATOR
Full-Time Winter
The Sales Coordinator is involved with daily operations of the Group Sales Center including opening and closing procedures, ticketing and accurate payment collection and cash-out procedures. In addition, the coordinator will be responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls to secure group business, book and coordinate group lodging needs, and attend retail shows and club/corporate/group functions. Some day and overnight travel required. Experience required includes a knowledge of accounting procedures including strong math skills, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast paced environment and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of database management and lodging reservation systems a plus. 1 year of resort sales experience and a college degree in business or experience in a related sales field preferred. This position will begin in early-August and requires the ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate or higher level.
INSTRUCTORS
Request for subcontractor bids on Instructors for Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Cardio and other fitness related activities. All contractors submitting a proposal should have one year of experience, carry professional liability insurance and certification related to area of instruction. Flexible schedule required for contract. Reliable transportation and excellent guest service skills a must. Subcontractor Instructors will be located at the Spring House. MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Request for subcontractor bids on Massage Therapy. All contractors submitting a proposal should have one year of experience, carry professional liability insurance and hold a degree from a licensed massage therapy program. Flexible schedule required for contract. Reliable transportation and excellent guest service skills a must. Subcontractor therapists will be located at the Jackson Gore Inn.
