Amplitude PLUS


Ski School Levels
(RED) This is my first time on the mountain. I have never skied or snowboarded before.
(ORG) I have skied or snowboarded before, and I am able to slide in a straight line but am not able to turn yet.
(YEL) I am starting to turn and stop but still need practice. I need to work on my confidence and control before heading up the chairlift.
(GRN) I am riding the chairlift and am comfortable on green terrain. I can turn and stop with confidence. SKI: Turning in a wedge, working towards parallel turns. SNOWBOARD: Linking skidded turns with traverses, working towards shaped turns.
(BLU) I can ski or snowboard on blue terrain, using a variety of turn sizes. I am able to control my speed and stop when I need to. SKI: Parallel turns on all green, most blue terrain; starting to use poles. SNOWBOARD: Linking turns of varying size and shape on all green and blue terrain.
(BLK) I am already skiing or snowboarding confidently on black terrain and am looking to explore bumps, steeps and glades. SKI: Parallel turns on all blues, most black terrain; using poles. SNOWBOARD: Linking turns of varying size and shape on all blue and most black terrain.


Camraderie and coaching for advanced skiers and riders! AmplitudePLUS is Okemo's premiere seasonal program for advanced skiers and snowboarders who are looking to ski and ride all that Okemo has to offer.  From advanced groomers to bumps, terrain parks, the Superpipe, gladed trails and Okemo's boundary-to-boundary trees, the AmplitudePLUS coaching staff will show you the way. 

AmplitudePLUS averages a 5:1 student to instructor ratio for the ultimate in personal development.  Participants with similar interests and skill level are grouped accordingly and will ski or snowboard with the same select group of coaches all season long.  AmplitudePLUS also provides coaching and support for those interested in entering Okemo based half-pipe and slope style competitions.

AmplitudePLUS does more than just develop each participant's all mountain skills, the program also fosters camaraderie and promotes respect for other skiers and boarders, both in and out of the program.

Amplitude PLUS runs from early December through late March.  Participants have the option of purchasing the full season-long program of 40 days or a 25 day commitment, choosing the days that fit with their schedule.  Advanced registration is required for all participation levels.'s more than just another seasonal program, it's a lifestyle!


  • Ages 7-14.  New participants in the AmplitudePLUS program must complete a readiness screening.

  • Daily sessions run 9am to 3pm. 


  • 25-day options are $2,625 until October 12, 2015; $3,000 thereafter
  • 40-day option is $3,900 until October 12, 2015; $4,500 thereafter.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are charged in full when booked and are non-refundable. Any change or cancellation requested within 2 days of the lesson date will be charged a fee of 20% of each reservation. Cancellations on the day of will result in a full forfeiture. All balances are good at Okemo for 1 calendar year and can be used around the resort except for culinary and lodging.
