ROOMS

Hawk Inn's deluxe rooms all share views of the beautiful Vermont countryside and are strategically positioned to take best advantage of the Inn's unique location amidst the awe-inspiring Green Mountains. Each deluxe room features amenities specially chosen to provide an overall feeling of understated elegance and casual charm, including private baths enhanced with Vermont marble. Many of the rooms are clustered along the east side of Amherst and Crown Point buildings, which provide views of the picturesque Black River.

Other rooms are positioned to overlook the edge of Hawk's very own 70-acre Nature Preserve or the rolling mountains that encircle the valley floor. Special consideration has been taken to ensure that all rooms will make the most of their natural surroundings. Therefore, each room was designed with attention to perfectly frame the sights distinctive to the Vermont landscape - specifically those exclusive to the Black River Valley - installing bay windows and skylights wherever appropriate. For families traveling with children, many adjoining deluxe rooms can easily be combined to create a two-room suite.

GUEST COMMENTS

“The rooms were top notch, the food was delectable and completely up to all expectations, the staff so sweet and accommodating every step of the way. We would recommend Hawk to anyone." -Nancy E. Peck-Cook

"Hawk is a place where you can do just as you please, away from city scenes, cares, or people... I know from experience it's possible to spend three days at Hawk, hike, jog, fish, and see no one else... it's that blissfully secluded. And what renewing power those magnificent woods have!" -Cosmopolitan Magazine
